I’m a London Holistic Postpartum Recovery Nutritional Therapist, and I help new mums rebuild their energy, confidence, and core strength after birth so they can feel like themselves again – but even stronger.
I created The Strong After Birth Method™ to bring back the powerful traditional practices that modern motherhood has lost – like belly binding, therapeutic nourishment, and sacred rest rituals – to support your body’s deep physical healing after birth.
And because so many of the mothers I work with feel relentlessly tired, foggy, and anxious about how they’ll cope with returning to work or handling family life, I also developed my Postpartum Reset Method. Nutritional Therapy is the process of utilising ‘food as medicine’. It takes a therapeutic approach to harness the power of nutrition to address imbalances and disharmony in the body to allow it to naturally heal. A nutritional therapy plan is tailored to your individual needs and unique circumstances.

My Approach
Naturopathic nutritional therapy views the body as a whole, interconnected system. When one part of the body is not functioning properly, it can impact the entire system, creating ripple effects throughout your health and wellbeing.
Using a food-first approach, I treat you as a unique whole individual, taking into consideration all aspects of your health—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual—alongside your body systems and lifestyle. I believe that dis-ease manifests when any of these four states of health fall out of balance.
My Foundation: HTMA Testing
At the core of my practice, I use Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) as my foundational assessment tool to evaluate body function and mineral balance because minerals are the spark plugs to life. This comprehensive test provides invaluable insights into your metabolic patterns, mineral status, and toxic metal burden. Based on these findings, I may recommend additional functional tests as needed to create a complete picture of your unique health profile.
Holistic Nutrition Philosophy
My approach blends naturopathic principles with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) dietary therapy, as I believe deeply in the energetics of food and treating the whole person. This integration allows me to consider not just the nutritional content of foods, but also their energetic properties and how they interact with your individual constitution.

By addressing the root cause of your symptoms, we set in motion a comprehensive naturopathic nutrition plan that includes personalised diet and lifestyle recommendations to support your healing journey. My nutrition plans honor your body's innate ability to heal while respecting your unique circumstances, food preferences, dietary requirements, time constraints, and budget.
Depending on your specific needs and health goals, I will recommend targeted lifestyle changes to help you make active, positive transformations. Given the right environment and support, your body naturally moves towards healing and harmony.
Through this combination of functional testing, energetic nutrition principles, and individualised care, we work together to restore balance and optimise your health and wellbeing.

We start with a free 20 minute session to understand your health situation, symptoms of concern ans health goals to determine we are a right fit for working together.
Should we progress to an initial consultation, this involves a comprehensive case taking of your family and medical history, body system symptoms, diet and lifestyle. I will then share initial thoughts with you and you can ask any questions. A written plan will be sent to you within 3-5 business days.
Follow-up consults will be scheduled 2-4 weeks after our initial. We will address your progress, successes and challenges and review any testing results together. Adjustments to your plan will then be made as needed.
Consultations are held online via Zoom to clients in the UK and abroad. In-person consultations can be offered in central London. -

Most likely you have been suffering with long-term debilitating and disruptive health symptoms. My purpose is to guide you from a place of feeling lost, dismissed and unheard by your GP and others around you to the place you envision as your optimal health and wellbeing.

Root cause approach
Eliminating foods permanently because they trigger symptoms only addresses the symptoms and not the underlying cause. Nutritional therapy addresses the underlying mechanisms and drivers of your symptoms and health condition instead of only suppressing or masking your ongoing painful symptoms.
A tailored approach
To improve your on-going health symptom or condition, you may have tried following other’s advice and recommendations on nutrition because it worked for them. However, there is no ‘one-size fits all’ approach when it comes your health, because each person is different. A diet or supplement that worked for someone, may not be suitable or safe for you.
Working with a Nutritional Therapist like myself avoids the headache of figuring out what’s suitable and safe for you. You’ll recieve a plan tailored to your needs and lifestyle. I take into consideration your circumstances, diet requirements, preferences, budget and time constraints.

You get dedicated time through our 1 to 1 consultations to discuss your symptoms, progress and challenges and be heard and acknowledged.

Some people find it difficult to set goals and reach them without a problem. I get it, when dealing with painful chronic health conditions and symptoms, it can be a huge challenge to stay on track. Working with me will provide accountability to help you take action to progress along your healing journey.
