Yes, when followed correctly and tailored to your needs. Ensure the temperature is always comfortable—not hot. Steaming should never feel painful or uncomfortable.

You should not steam if you are:
Pregnant (except from 38 weeks onward for labour preparation)
During active menstruation
If you have open wounds, stitches, or active infections
If you’re unsure, we’ll go through a consultation to make sure steaming is right for you.
